No Refunds for Digital Products

Once a course is purchased and access is granted, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. This is because digital products cannot be returned or revoked once delivered, as they are immediately accessible and usable.
Preview and Course Details: To ensure you are confident in your purchase, we provide detailed course descriptions, and outlines on our website. We encourage you to review these materials carefully before buying to confirm the course meets your needs.

Australian Consumer Law

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), we are committed to providing products that are of acceptable quality, as described, and fit for purpose. If a course is faulty, significantly not as described, or fails to meet consumer guarantees (e.g., due to technical issues preventing access), we will work with you to provide a remedy, which may include:
- Technical support to resolve access issues.
- Replacement access to the same or a comparable course.

Note that refunds are not provided for change of mind, lack of time to complete the course, or dissatisfaction with course content if it matches the advertised description.

Non-Returnable Nature of Digital Products

As our art and science courses are digital and delivered electronically, they cannot be returned or resold. Once you gain access to the course materials, the purchase is considered final.
